Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading, accessing or using Contour AI, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country.

Visual reports

Contour AI creates photo-specific estimates of facial proportions, structure and presentation. Results can change with lighting, lens, pose, expression and image quality. They are informational and entertainment-oriented, not medical advice, a clinical measurement, an identity check or a statement of personal worth.

AI-generated text can be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your own judgment and do not rely on a report for medical, surgical, financial, employment or other high-impact decisions.

Your photos and permissions

You keep ownership of photos you submit. You give Contour AI and its service providers permission to process them only as needed to create, deliver, store and support the report you requested, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only submit photos that you own or have permission to use. Do not submit another person’s face without their consent.

Accounts

You may use a guest session or sign in with an available provider. You are responsible for access to your device and sign-in account. You may sign out or request profile deletion from the app. Deleting a profile does not cancel a store subscription.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, taxes and billing currency are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. A one-time report purchase unlocks the report associated with that purchase and does not include future uploads. The monthly plan unlocks full reports and includes up to three new analyses per day while the subscription is active.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the current billing period ends. Manage, cancel or restore a subscription through the store account used for purchase. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s rules. For iOS users, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies where required.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Contour AI, including by:

• Submitting unlawful, exploitative or non-consensual images.
• Attempting to bypass purchase, usage or security controls.
• Reverse engineering, disrupting or overloading the service.
• Using reports to harass, discriminate against or harm another person.
• Reselling or presenting Contour AI output as a clinical assessment.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Contour AI available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular report outcome. We may update features, limits, models or supported devices; suspend abusive accounts; or discontinue parts of the service. Where practical, material paid-service changes will be communicated through the app or store listing.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Contour AI is provided “as is” and without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Contour AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product or law changes. The effective date above will be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to hello@esoft.one.
