Account control

Delete your Contour AI account.

You can delete your account inside the app. If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to Contour AI support.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Contour AI and go to the dashboard.
  2. Open the three-dot menu beside your name.
  3. Choose Delete profile.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

Deletion starts immediately after the confirmation succeeds.

Request deletion by email

Email hello@esoft.one from the address connected to your Contour AI account. Include “Contour AI account deletion” in the subject. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting account data.

What is deleted

  • Your Firebase authentication account.
  • Saved Contour AI reports and report text linked to the account.
  • Stored report photos linked to the account.
  • Account-level usage counters and entitlement records maintained by Contour AI.

What may be retained

Limited security logs, fraud-prevention records or backup copies may be retained for the minimum period needed for security, legal compliance and disaster recovery, then deleted or de-identified. Apple and Google retain their own payment records under their policies; Contour AI never receives your full payment-card details.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting a Contour AI profile does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to prevent future renewal.

Guest sessions

Guest reports are stored locally for the active guest session. Use Delete profile in the app to clear the guest session and its local report history. No sign-in account exists for a guest.
